It is winter. We’ve been bundled up here in Minnesota for the better part of 3 months. No need for shorts, tanks, and swimsuits. Shorter days. Less light. A need for more comfort.
For me that comes in the form of food. Delicious vanilla lattes from Bull Run. Creamy wild rice soup. Love pot pie. And warm bread with creamy butter.
Hello 10-15lbs I didn’t have 3 months ago. But I can still feel good putting on my trusty uniform of black spandex. It lets me move and breathe. Black is slimming, ya’ll!
When you want to feel good even carrying those extra pounds try black and/or spandex. At least for a now. And maybe a month more.
But be prepared. Spring and summer are coming so shift into healthier eating patterns sooner rather than later and you won’t regret it!
