LVA-U WORKOUT VIDEO 10

ww10This weeks workout is a tribute to my sister.

She is amazing and will be deploying to Afghanistan very soon.

In honor of her the workout is 100 military push ups. You can do them all at once, break it up over a few days, or do a 100 everyday for the week.
