We have an incredible number of thoughts daily.
Somewhere in the range of 60,000.
A lot of those are thoughts that get repeated over and over too. The more you repeat a thought the deeper the groove it creates in your brain. It becomes more than a thought pattern, it becomes who you are, and how you act. Thus thinking positive thoughts is a key piece to feeling great in your life.
Are you aware of the thoughts you repeat on a daily basis? Figure it out and know that if these thoughts don’t support you being happier, healthier than you can change them!
