I know you are busy. I am busy too. And trust me, if you don’t set aside time to quiet down, it won’t likely happen between loads of laundry, driving kids here and there, getting to work, picking up dinner, and doing your exercise. But you need it. Even 5 minutes will help you re-focus, get clear, and connect with your larger purpose outside of daily activities. Watch the video and you will get an idea of how out of control it is for real (have you done the phone text/drive thing at least once before in your life?) and how silly it looks to be multi-tasking all the time.
