Three Minute Chair Workout

This awesome chair workout takes less than 3 minutes to complete if you do it one time through.

Getting started in fitness isn’t always an easy task. We often say there isn’t enough time in the day, we don’t have the equipment we need, or we don’t know what to do.

All of these problems have been solved for you with this workout. I know you have at least 3 minutes of free time (maybe during commercials of your fav show?), you definitely have a chair, and I show you exactly what to do in this video.

My guarantee to you is taking 3-5 minutes of intense activity daily will improve your fitness and your attitude about your body too. It’s a cumulative effect and it can’t begin if you don’t commit and take the time. You’re worth it!

Follow these exercises for 15 reps

1-5 times through

  1. Fast legs
  2. Tricep dips
  3. Up & Over
  4. Pushups
  5. Crunches on the chair
