5 Minute Fitness workout 45Happy Spring!

This months workout video is ready for you to bust out.

Put on something spring-y and get to it.

This months workout is:

  • 50 out/in/switch jumps
  • 50 donkey kicks on each side
  • 10 shoulder push ups
  • 50 fire hydrant kicks on each side

Enjoy the workout. Rewind and do it as many times as you can this month. LVA-
