LVA-U weekly workout video 8

ww8This weeks workout takes all of 6 minutes to complete.

It will get your heart rate up and give you some great strength conditioning too. Do it 3x this week for the best benefit.

Here’s the workout:

  • 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 push ups. Repeat 3x
  • 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 double crunches. Repeat 3x
  • 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 triceps dips. Repeat 3x
  • 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 elbow plank step outs. Repeat 3x
