This weeks workout takes all of 6 minutes to complete.
It will get your heart rate up and give you some great strength conditioning too. Do it 3x this week for the best benefit.
Here’s the workout:
- 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 push ups. Repeat 3x
- 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 double crunches. Repeat 3x
- 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 triceps dips. Repeat 3x
- 20 seconds of skater jumps followed by 10 elbow plank step outs. Repeat 3x
