Well hello, and welcome to this week!
Happy to see you are on board for another LVA-U WEEKLY WORKOUT. (just give us a like…it is the same as a “hell yeah!”)
This weeks shout out goes to one of my fav watering and feeding holes, George & The Dragon Public House. They feature awesome beers, incredible hospitality, and Stacey (the chef) has created a ridiculously inspired, fun, delish menu.
You can always count on Patrick for a smile at the bar and I am SO missing my regular lunch stops there. Training doesn’t afford me much time so it will be a few weeks before I see them again.
However! YOU, only need to get in your 10 minute workout 3 times this week. It gives you plenty of time to drop in and say hi for me. And if you don’t live in MN. then do the workout anyway and drop into one of your fav local places to support small businesses that rock!
Okay enough delay, get in there and do the workout!
- back lunge with front kick (20 on each side)
- 10 push ups with alternating hip dips
- side lunge with front kick (20 on each side)
- 10 push ups with and out/in jump
Do this workout 2 times through 3 times this week. Then go enjoy a local beer! (if you live in MPLS you gotta try the Mojo on tap at George & The Dragon Pub)
