Welcome to Monday and LVA-U weekly workout. You may be dragging and a bit tired after the weekend. I suggest you check out Bull Run for some amazing coffee and a pick-me-up. This weeks shout out goes to my fav crew at this fun spot and even though I am missing my vanilla lattes since I am in training, I do love a piping hot coffee from their place.
Now get to the workout!
- 100 punches (as fast as you can)
- 25 squats
- 75 punches (as fast as you can)
- 25 split leg squats
- 50 punches (as fast as you can)
- 25 jump squats
- 25 punches (as fast as you can)
- 25 jump split leg squats
