Do the workout…..you will need a stool!
WEEKLY WORKOUT 35: 30 fast legs on a stool each side, 15 tricep dips, 30 side leg lifts on a stool each side, 15 tricep dips, 30 kick backs on a stool each side, 15 triceps dips. Rest. Do 20 squats. Rest. Repeat and do the circuit again with 10 squats. Rest. Repeat and do the circuit again with no squats.
