- Boat Pose 25 second hold
- Extend left leg out and pull right leg in for 25 reps
- Extend right leg out and pull left leg in for 25 reps
- Boat Pose 25 second hold
- Extend both legs out twist right elbow to left knee 25 reps
- Extend both legs out twist left elbow to right knee 25 reps
- Boat Pose 25 second hold
- Pull both knees in and out for 25 reps
