LVA-U WORKOUT VIDEO 22

Now do it 2-3 times this week.

10 left stationary split leg squats

10 left leg side lifts

10 left cross over lunges

10 left leg kick backs

Repeat same on the right side

Do it 4-5 times through or until your legs feel like jello
