Every Monday I bring you the LVA-U weekly workout. It is a short, intense 5-10 minute workout and we don’t discuss stretching or warming up before you begin, however it is important to warm yourself up before you begin doing an intense workout so this week I am taking you through a 3-5 minute warm up that you can do before each LVA-U weekly workout, or anytime of the day you need a little ‘breathing room’ in your muscles. Do this workout before any intense activity to warm up your body.
- 2 sun salutations
- Over head side reach left and rightt
- runners lunge left
- hips up and front leg stretch forward left reach
- Center stretch
- runners lunge right
- hips up and front leg forward right reach
- Center stretch
- 2 sun salutations
- Repeat 2x
