LVA-U WORKOUT VIDEO 15

IMG_0739_2Every one give their best thoughts towards Brianna. She is taking the NASM test today. It is the highest caliber fitness certification test for personal trainers. Well, she is going to rock it! In honor we will do 98 reps of everything. We are shooting for her getting a 98%. Here’s the workout.

  • 98 jumping jacks
  • 98 jump squats
  • 98 jump split leg squats

Watch the video for the details. Do it 3 times this week, and also comment below. Well wishes sent Brianna’s way are encouraged and welcomed!
