Let me be your arm guru. No weights and awesome arms. This weeks workout takes 10 minutes. 10 different exercises one minute for each exercise. Do it 2-3 times this week for rock star status, and one time for a back stage pass to the ‘gun show’.
- straight arm circles forward- one minute
- squats- one minute
- straight sidearm circles backward- one minute
- alternating side lunges- one minute
- front arm circles inward- one minute
- crossover lunges- one minute
- front arm circles outward- one minute
- side/back leg kick back on left side- one minute
- half arm jumping jacks- one minute
- side/back leg kick back on right side- one minute
