LVA-U WEEKLY WORKOUT video 13

ww13Let me be your arm guru. No weights and awesome arms. This weeks workout takes 10 minutes. 10 different exercises one minute for each exercise. Do it 2-3 times this week for rock star status, and one time for a back stage pass to the ‘gun show’.

  • straight arm circles forward- one minute
  • squats- one minute
  • straight sidearm circles backward- one minute
  • alternating side lunges- one minute
  • front arm circles inward- one minute
  • crossover lunges- one minute
  • front arm circles outward- one minute
  • side/back leg kick back on left side- one minute
  • half arm jumping jacks- one minute
  • side/back leg kick back on right side- one minute
