Do this workout in your kitchen. with the kids. while your brownies are in the oven. after eating a salad for lunch. but do it. It is so fast there is no reason not too. And it will give you a good leg/butt burn.
- 5 split leg squats left side
- 5 jump split leg squats
- 5 split leg squats right side
- Repeat for 10, 15, 20, 25
- Then back kicks 25 on each side. 15 on each side. 5 on each side.
