- 1 burpee, 5 sidewalks to the left, 1 burpee, 5 sidewalks to the right, a burpee, 5 pushups
- 30 bicycle abs on each side
- 1 burpee, 4 sidewalks to the left, 1 burpee, 4 sidewalks to the right, a burpee, 4 pushups
- 30 bicycle abs on each side
- 1 burpee, 3 sidewalks to the left, 1 burpee, 3 sidewalks to the right, a burpee, 3 pushups
- 30 bicycle abs on each side
- 1 burpee, 2 sidewalks to the left, 1 burpee, 2 sidewalks to the right, a burpee, 2 pushups
- 30 bicycle abs on each side
- 1 burpee, 1 sidewalks to the left, 1 burpee, 1 sidewalks to the right, a burpee, 1 pushups
- 30 bicycle abs on each side
If you are feeling fresh work your way back up from 1 to 5. Do the workout 2-3 times this week!
