But let’s face it, boots won’t help your booty. This workout will. Have a great time kicking into your bum in this workout and be fashionable too. At least I am. I need to impress Laura with my boot purchasing skills. I already trust my butt-improving skills, but now I am rocking it in some hot boots which means I am rocking fashion buys too. It is your turn to do this workout and lift your bum, do the workout!

- 20 bent leg kick ups (20 each side)
- 20 jump squats
- 20 fire hydrants (20 each side)
- 20 jump squats
- 20 straight leg kick ups (20 each side)
- 20 toe touches on your back
- 20 double crunches
Do this circuit 3 times through at least 2 times this week.
