Follow this workout repeating as many times through as you can for a total of 10 minutes.
- 5 box jumps
- 5 10 yard sprints (popping up from the ground)
- 5 box jumps
- 5 10 yard sprints (jumping up and landing in a split leg position)
- 5 box jumps
- 5 10 yard sprints (popping up from the knees)
Repeat through as many times as you can in a 10 minute span
