This weeks shout out goes to Chris and Jody at Axel Landscape, Inc. These two are great friends and their stupendous company is a sponsor for my upcoming US kickboxing tournament in Brazil.

- 20 high knees
- 3 sprawls
- 10 high knees
- 3 sprawls
- 10 plie’ squats
- 10 jump squats
- 10 plie squats
