LVA-U Weekly Workout 38

Happy Monday! This weeks shout out goes to Molly Brackett at Body Restoration, LLC. Molly is an expert rolfer. Yep you got that right, rolfing (aka structural integration therapy) is a “holistic system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education that organizes the whole body in gravity”. [from Wikipedia]

I went through a 10 series with Molly this spring when I was struggling with hamstring pain and it transformed my body and eliminated the pain I was having. Absolutely incredible! Check out more here.

Now do the workout:

  • 10 star jumps
  • 10 skater jumps
  • 20 hook punches
  • 10 down dog push ups
  • 10 reverse plank lifts
  • 20 hook punches
