Happy Monday! This weeks shout out goes to Molly Brackett at Body Restoration, LLC. Molly is an expert rolfer. Yep you got that right, rolfing (aka structural integration therapy) is a “holistic system of soft tissue manipulation and movement education that organizes the whole body in gravity”. I went through a 10 series with Molly this spring when I was struggling with hamstring pain and it transformed my body and eliminated the pain I was having. Absolutely incredible! Check out more here.
