This weeks shout out goes to Jessica at Lake pointe wellness. I love her place. They hook me up with my famous green drink plus Dr. Carrie gets me all aligned with her awesome crack sessions (chiropractic care people, seriously, what were you thinking?) Here’s the workout:
- 15 front/back/side lunges each side
- 15 push ups
- 15 skater jumps (both sides)
- 15 sit up/ twist downs
- Repeat 3x through
