This weeks shout out goes to Jessica at Lake pointe wellness. I love her place. They hook me up with my famous green drink plus Dr. Carrie gets me all aligned with her awesome crack sessions (chiropractic care people, seriously, what were you thinking?) Here’s the workout:
- 15 front/back/side lunges each side
- 15 push ups
- 15 skater jumps (both sides)
- 15 sit up/ twist downs
- Repeat 3x through

Very effective, Lisa 🙂 Here’s my comment – you rock! And lately so do I after doing your workouts!! You totally busted me on not commenting, but I’m on it from now on. My promise is to comment on our progress – yes this is a husband and wife joint effort to get our bodies in awesome shape and we are doing it with your no-excuses workouts. We keep each other motivated when I want to skip the push ups and my husband cringes during lunges. But we can do ANYthing for 10 minutes- thank you! ~Jessica
