This weeks workout is going to give you some hot arms! And it is time. After all, spring is right around the corner and soon you will be donning short sleeves and tank tops. Get started early with this 5 minute fitness workout! You will need light weights for this workout, but in a pinch you could use soup cans or empty milk cartons filled with water. - 10 x punches
- 10 side raises
- 25 Jumping jacks
- 25 High knees on each side
