Lunch is so fun. A little break in the day and some time off from work.
That is of course unless you are sitting at your desk working while eating. I don’t recommend that.
Take some time to enjoy your lunch and do a reframe on typical lunch choices. A burger/fries, sandwich/chips, pizza/pop, all of that is too many carbs which equals too much sugar.
Be Super Savvy and do S+S (soup/salad). It is a perfect lunch and you can pack your salad with all kinds of veggies to fill you up. If you gotta do some carbs put your soup with a sandwich or your burger with a salad. So many healthy options for you.
