Let It Go.

By LVA

My momentary savior

A whole pizza

A whole hand down my throat

Throwing it up

To save myself from the shame

Of eating all of it

Because it’s not okay to eat all the feelings

I need to eat and regurgitate

The pain

But you can’t

My love. My love. My love, Love,

You can’t eat the pain

and spit it up like a vomit or a gagging

You must let it pass through you

And release it

You must let it go easy, if you really

Need it to

Be gone

And it’s not so easy my love, but you can do it

I believe in you.
