You are making your way through, sometimes blindly, often confused. At least until you’ve had a little practice. Maybe you tried a little of this, then that, stone stepping your way across the raging rapids that threaten to pull you under at any given misstep, hoping for a little support and guidance across to the shoreline of your dreams.
Uh, Huh (nodding head to myself as I effort-fully try to navigate WordPress). That would be me here on this blog (I am not a tech geek), and luckily it isn’t the the blind leading the blind, necessarily. In the areas of websites and blogging I will look to my designer Joel for assistance, I have him on speed dial.
However, I have deep understanding and experience in the areas of fighting and fitness. My specialty is creating ways to motivate the self to workout, get results, and live happily ever after with your body. Or at least happily for today.
After all, today is all we have. So really the best perspective is that each day is a new beginning. Fortunately each day can find us a little further over those rapids, a little closer to the shoreline that is our dream, at least until the next one appears.
And I am here for you, to help you step your way across. To share with you motivational tips, ideas, support, workouts, and really anything that will make the journey a bit less lonely and definitely more fun!
