Watch out, Watch out…the candy’s gonna get you! Halloween is SO hard.
There is an intense amount of chocolate, sweets, and general sugar related items everywhere. Don’t get off track your healthy plan and STAY AWAY from the candy.
Hey, I know this is easier said than done but I have a few fantastic (maybe slightly fantastical) tips that will keep you away from the Halloween candy. If worse comes to worse launch a “candy” hunt and burn all the candy you can find or just lock yourself in the closet until after the weekend.
Of course this is extreme, best case scenario is practicing willpower and allowing yourself to eat 1-3 pieces and then be done. That, however, is way less dramatic and doesn’t make for a great, sensational blog post.
