The 25 Workouts in 25 Days Summer Challenge is all about bringing awareness to Amy Clover’s Strong Inside Out Tour. For 25 days (while Amy’s campaign is going on) I’m doing my own 10-ish minute workouts in 25 Minneapolis outdoor locations. I invite you to join me.
WORKOUT TWELVE @ ORCHESTRA HALL COURTYARD
Hanging at the Ivy for morning bootcamp, and Jolene showed. I ran her through a warmup and then we ran over to the Orchestra Hall courtyard and jumped around a bit for a great workout!
Day 12 Workout: 25 workouts in 25 Days
- 5 bench bounds (up the benches)
- 5 ‘bench’ box jumps
- 20 skater bench jumps
- 5 stair runs
- 20 left leg lunges (right leg on bench)
- 20 right leg lunges (left leg on bench)
- box jump up steps (5 times through)
Do all exercises two times through.
Total time 12 minutes + a 1 minute run from the Ivy and back to the Ivy
Verdict after day 12: When I’m teaching a workout it’s really awesome to be able to do a little piece of the workout with my students. It encourages them to push harder and I get my workout done at the same time!
