WORKOUT THIRTEEN @ PEARL PARK
I popped over to Pearl park for this workout! As I predicted the middle got hard for me! I’m doing the workouts everyday but got behind on posting them. This one was quick!
Day 13 Workout: 25 workouts in 25 Days
- 25 fast legs off bench (on each side)
- 25 tricep dips off bench
- 3 short hill sprints
- 25 mountain climbers (on each side)
- 25 plank twists (on each side)
- 3 short hill sprints
Do all exercises three times through.
Total time 9.5 minutes
Verdict after day 13: Getting in my workouts but life has gotten crazy and I’m not keeping up with posting them. I feel really great about following through and getting the workouts done though!
