WORKOUT SIXTEEN @ FRONT YARD STRETCH
After yesterdays workout with ‘Rah I could barely walk. I couldn’t imagine anything other than an easy stretch day so I hung out in my long grass (It’s not getting cut since my hubby’s been away from home) and stretched while I watched the beautiful clouds float by.
Day 15 Workout: 25 workouts in 25 Days
- 20 minutes of stretching while watching beautiful clouds in the sky
Total time 20 minutes + total enjoyment of the clouds and sky while stretching!
Verdict after day 16: Easy days are hard to take because you want to push yourself, but the enjoyment of moving gently is food for your soul.
