The 25 Workouts in 25 Days Summer Challenge is all about bringing awareness to Amy Clover’s Strong Inside Out Tour. For 25 days (while Amy’s campaign is going on) I’m doing my own 10-ish minute workouts in 25 Minneapolis outdoor locations. I invite you to join me.
WORKOUT SEVENTEEN @ LOS CAMPEONES
I had one day of stretching and even though I was still sore I hooked up with my friend Heidi for a workout at her gym. Another cheat here since it was an indoor workout and more than 10 minutes long but it rocked and we had so much fun working out together with her trainer, Ben.
Day 17 Workout: 25 workouts in 25 Days
- 50 squats
- 15 lat pul downs
- 15 hamstring pulls
- 15 burpees
- 2- 50 yard sled pulls
- 15 weighted dead lifts
- 20 jump squats
- Repeated three times through
Then we went upstairs and did:
- 15 plank rows
- 15 seated rows
- 15 bicep curls
- 15 tricep pull downs
- Repeated two times through
Total time 50 intense minutes! Ben rocks his workouts.
Verdict after day 17: I love meeting up with my friends and working out with them, even when the workouts kick my butt!
