WORKOUT NINETEEN @ MADISON PARK
Today I took my 45lb. ketelbel down a block to the park near my home and rocked out 4 sets of 50 swings. I took a 30 second break between each set and it took me around 11 minutes.

Total time 11 minutes
Verdict after day 19: Ketelbels will kick your butt. Get a 30-60lb. ketelbel and rock out a few sets of 25-50 for a killer workout!
