WORKOUT FIFTEEN @ CALHOUN BEACH CLUB
So I cheated on this workout a bit. It wasn’t outdoors and it definitely took longer than 10 minutes. But when my friend Sarah texted and invited me to join her ‘leg day’ workout, I couldn’t resist. Sarah is a rock star and a WBFF Pro competitor getting ready for a major competition. I knew keeping up with her would be tough, but I didn’t know I wouldn’t be able to walk up and down stairs for 24 hours after the workout. It kicked my butt!
Day 15 Workout: 25 workouts in 25 Days
- 4 sets of 12 reps deep squat presses with weight
- 4 sets of 30 walking lunges with weights
- 4 sets of reverse flyes 15 reps followed by 20 jump squats with weight
- 4 sets of 15 reps hamstrings (I did roll ball in)
- 4 sets of 15 reps straight leg, toe in, dead lifts
Total time 50 minutes + we hit the cardio machines for an additional 30 minutes (I won’t ever be using the elliptical machine again, dumbest invention ever).
Verdict after day 15: Working out with Sarah challenged me and also offered me time to hang with her. It was an awesome workout and even though it kicked my booty I had the best time ever working out with her.
