So last week I spent an afternoon at Horsepower Gym flipping tires. Oh yeah, this was great fun and I can’t wait to do it again which I am sure I will have to do before the next 5 weeks is up. Matt is an excellent trainer. No bull shit and tons of fun with an insane amount of knowledge on how to build strength and explosiveness. Good for us fighters and the general population too.
