Kelley just got back from a pretty intense trip to Texas.
Lotsa driving, with lotsa kids. She is tired.
I spent the first week off of my boot pushing too hard and bruised my foot.
Time to call in a week of gentleness. It isn’t the easiest thing to do but being gentle with yourself gives you a much needed reprieve from the daily push until you drop feeling we often have.
Now we wanna kn–ooo–wwww…..how are you gentle with yourself and what are you going to do this week to take it easy and give yourself a bit of a break.
