Life is meant to be enjoyed….and that means all parts of it, including our bodies. That being said, I have a few questions for you:
Do you love your body?
{Like, you love getting dressed every day because you are rockin’ it in the full-length mirror?}
Do you love your life?
{As in, you jump out of bed in the morning excited and fired-up to make a difference in the world?}
Do you love who you are, how you feel, what you do every day?
{Like, are you comfortable in your own skin and embrace the essence that is YOU?}
If you’ve answered “no” to most of those questions {or all of them}, it’s okay. I’ve been there too. Just know that you can turn those feelings and apprehensions around. It’s not easy, but it is completely “doable.” With support, motivation, and some TLC action, you can love your body and life. I promise!
I’m here to help you…

A little more about me (in case you’re interested)…
I have been fighting since I was 22, well over a decade. Please don’t try to add up numbers; no matter my age, I am still rocking it in my life.
I find that as I get older, I get better. I am a walking/talking testament to the fact that nothing beats experience! I fought as a professional boxer, and in 2011 I started fighting on an international level for the US kickboxing team. I’ve since retired but have big plans for the future because…
Fighting isn’t the only important thing about me, but it does explain a lot about who I am. I found my way to the sport when I was 19 years old, and it was during a time I was suffering from a lack of motivation, depression and was sporting a really skewed sense of my skills and talents.
Needless to say, my self-esteem was KO-ed, down for the count, and I didn’t see myself coming back from it.
But then…I put on gloves and punched some pads. My life changed right there.
At that moment, I felt strong and confident, but the feeling didn’t stay with me right away. I spent a few years struggling to find the light and laughter living within me, learning to love who I was, and gaining confidence in myself. But I eventually made it and found it all.
Even in those bleak years, I always knew that I could lace up my gloves and punch/kick my problems away for an hour. And now I am proud to say I am someone who walks boldly towards my dreams.
In actuality, that class spawned the journey I am now on. I vividly remember that first class, too, because I was in tears, and the owners Suzanne and Beth Williams, helped me see that there was so much in my life to get excited about.
I went from feeling defeated in life to living my victory. I am in LOVE with my life, and I have lots of dreams…BIG dreams.
My biggest dream, the ultimate championship, is empowering peeps like you to follow your dreams and live your life proudly and joyfully in the body you were gifted to. The common thread that runs through everything I do is “how can I use what I know, what I’ve experienced, and what I believe in helping others.”
I believe that if you move your body with love and appreciation, that love will spread into your life. When you feel well, you have the energy to live well.
