I got 99 problems…Lets name a few typical culprits shall we?
I hate my job. I don’t have a job. I need a job that pays more. My boss doesn’t like me. I hate my relationship. Don’t have one. Need someone who helps out/supports me more. My partner doesn’t love me. I hate my body. I don’t have a good metabolism. I need more time to workout. My body doesn’t like healthy food. Out of 99 problems that you could be suffering from, most of them will in some way involve work/career, relationships/family, money/provisional or, body/spirit.
This could get really complicated and turn into a long post unless we address the radical road to problem solving.
Within the 99 problems there are really only 2. The first problem is you. The second problem is not you…meaning it is someone/thing else. Easy enough, let’s tackle this.
1. 99 Problems= I am the problem
Take a look at your problem and ask yourself, “What part of me is perpetuating my experience”? You must go to the mirror on this and look deeply into what is happening and be willing to take responsibility for all of it. Once you have accepted that YOU are the problem you will be able to see the clear action steps needed to climb your way out. This is a radical road because you aren’t blaming anyone or anything else for your circumstances or what you are experiencing in your life.
The easy, more oft traveled road is blaming and accusing outside circumstances/people for your problems. It is an easier and well worn path because it doesn’t include self-examination which can be very difficult.
However if you do choose the radical road, you will suffer less. Once you accept that you are the source of the problem you have ultimate power and it becomes an easy choice to decide how/where/when you are going to dump your load.
Dumping it will only require that you take new and inspired action in your life. You can do that right now. What is it going to be?
2. 99 Problems= Someone/thing else is the problem
Sorry. You don’t seem to get this yet. Go back and read #1 until you do!
I got 99 problems…they are really one. Me!
