I know 2 weeks ago I said you can’t substitute something healthy for something unhealthy….but then I REALLY wanted to eat some peppermint bon-bon ice cream and it is off limits while I am training.
SO…I came up with an awesome dessert that isn’t really dessert but it tastes just like it (almost) and I was so excited I wanted to share it with you. Check out the vid and the recipe below.
- 1/2 cup Fage plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop of mint Dynamic Greens (from my fav health place Lake Pointe Wellness)
- 5 drops of stevia
- Mix up well, freeze for 2 hours then enjoy
