LVA’s signature NineVFive workout engages every body part, and includes every fitness level from athlete to beginners.
We use yoga principles for balance, body weight training for strength, plyos and agility drills for cardio fitness, and include relaxation, and stretch cool down at the end of class.
Your workout changes daily; boring doesn’t happen, classes are 45 minutes long, you get an incredible sweat session efficiently and quickly.
