In this call I am going to offer tips for you on getting started, staying motivated and succeeding when taking on weight loss of 35+ lbs.
While you do not need to be 35 + lbs overweight to be on this call, I will specifically be handling the challenges that come from starting from an often discouraging and overwhelming place.
One of the biggest pitfalls people make when beginning a major weight loss journey (35+lbs) is trying to make too many changes at one time.
You will experience success by taking on 1-2 small lifestyle chages as you get started. When those changes are what I like to refer to as “pulse point” changes you will experience even more success. This is simply small shifts that will make a large difference in you living a healthy lifestyle. I am going to be sharing examples of “pulse point” changes as well as sharing other tips to get you motivated and started on your journey on the call. Join me!
